This notice that your building has been scheduled for treatment between the dates of July 20th to 21st , 2023. The technicians will be at the community as early as 8:30 A.M. and no later than 9:00 A.M. Home Team Pest Defense will be making applications to the exterior of your unit to fully protect each building. For effectiveness of the product, the full perimeter must be treated, including the area of the building within your courtyard. If this area is not accessible, your unit will be skipped until the Association can schedule a locksmith to open any locked courtyard gates to allow the technician to treat the unit’s courtyard so the entire building can be protected. You, the owner, will be responsible for the related service fee from the locksmith.
Please make sure that your courtyard area, especially areas up against the foundation of the home and garage are accessible by removing any plants, pavers, toys, furniture…etc. away from the walls prior to the date for treatment specified above. Please allow for at least a two (2) foot perimeter clearance. Neither the Association, nor the pest control company will be responsible for damage to any items that were not removed as requested. Any slab, patio or pavers against the building will need to be drilled through, treated and patched…they will endeavor to make this as inconspicuous as possible.
