Structural Exterior

Visible changes to the exterior require ARB Approval prior to changes – if in doubt, ask your ARB – ARB applications can be retrieved via Sentry Managment

• Light fixtures
• House Numbers
• Privacy screen on doors or windows – this includes “film”
• Alarm systems
• Flood Lights are NOT permitted
• Solar panels
• All window coverings that face the “street” – must be white
• Drilling, nailing, into any exterior structure is prohibited
