The Windermere Trails Townhomes have TWO associations. First is The Windermere Trails Townhomes Association, the main association for our portion of the community. It is managed by Sentry Management.

Questions regarding anything to do with the townhomes should be directed to our board or to our CAM Delroy Brown. [email protected] Our dues are due monthly on the 1st of the month.

The Second association is Windemere Trails Homeowners Association (the Master association). This association handles our amenities, common areas, playgrounds, dog parks and the homes in the community. It is managed through Premier Management

Questions regarding anything to do with the amenities should be directed to our CAM Kendall Westfall, [email protected] or any members of the board. Our dues for this association are due quarterly on the 1st of the Month.
