Internet and Cable Wires!!
The HOA needs your help. At the end of each building are the stations for cable and internet. You perhaps have noticed that area and how unsightly it looks with the covers off and exposed wires everywhere. This is not only an unsightly mess, but with covers off and laying on the ground – with the rain – it is a breeding ground for pests. Also, with the exposed wires it can’t be good for the various services.
At the HOA level, we have tried to have the various internet/cable companies come out to fix the situation – however, we have been told that only the person whose name is on the account for the service may call. Please call your provider and request service to fix the issues.
Update 6/10/2024
With the exception of Iron Mountain Trail -all new electric meters are in good working order. Iron Mountain will be finished by the 21st of June. The week of June 10th, A Cut Above will be cutting tree limbs that are encroaching on some of the townhomes.
We are happy to announce that replacement trees, hedges, plants will be forth coming and hopefully finished by end of July.
