Lawsuit update

The board is happy to announce that we have finally won the defect lawsuit case.  Funds should be received within 30 to 40 days.  At that time, the following is planned for our community in order as shown below.  These repairs/updates will take place over the next year giving priority to structural repairs.

  • All roofs in the community will be replaced – this includes, walkways, garages and mail box area
  • Gutters/downspouts repaired/replaced/redirect
  • All buildings will be painted – this will include inside courtyards, porch floors, garage doors etc.
  • Windows replaced in some units
  • Electric timers will be installed for landscaping as well as all new sprinkler system
  • Finish connecting drains to the master drain
  • Update/replace landscaping
