Per Association Attorney: We are attempting to accommodate a request by the legal representatives of defendant, All Florida Wall’s Expert, to perform an exterior visual only site inspection of the community on February 6, 2023. Their visual site inspection is only as to the exterior and will mainly consist in taking pictures.
Their experts might be using a ladder, please notify the community accordingly.
No interior access to the units will be required therefore, nobody from our office will be in attendance. Thank you.
