Dear Residents,
As most of you are aware Stratus Construction has started to repair the roofs. Please remember to remove your vehicles from your garage pads and move them to an approved parking area while construction is being done on your building. This will prevent any damage and make it easier for you and Stratus to maneuver through the alley. Please slow down while using the roadways during construction hours, 7:00 am to 730 pm.
