On the advice of our landscaper, all Holly trees are being cut down due to disease and/or death. The trees will be replaced with a hardier species with roots that ground down instead of out. All dead plants and weeds are being pulled as well. All plants taken out will be replaced.
On November 30th, 2023 we will be installing two pet stations. One in the park and one by the pond near the mailboxes.
Drainage updates have been concluded. If you see any issues, please report to Sentry Management. Update 11/30/2023: Due to supply issues the connection of drains to the master drainage system is taking longer than expected. No ETA at this time. Updated 11/30/2023: Advance Electric is still waiting on Duke Energy to open the transformers so they can connect the wiring . No ETA at this point Update 9/18/2023 Advance Electric has informed management that they are waiting on Duke Energy to open the transformers so that they can connect the wires and schedule the inspections.
4.4.2024 A Cut Above is out hand pulling all weeds and cleaning up the area. 3.23.2024 A Cut Above this week has sprayed all pavers for weed control. Also, they have fertilized the grass.
As of January 14th, A Cut Above applied fertilizer, fungicide, insecticide and weed control.
A Cut Above will be spraying for weed control the first or second week in January. This is a weed control fertilizer insecticide that is to be sprayed in the “colder months” to create a barrier and kills for the summer months.
