A Cut Above will be spraying for weed control the first or second week in January. This is a weed control fertilizer insecticide that is to be sprayed in the “colder months” to create a barrier and kills for the summer months.

Insurance Adjuster for the roofs

Drainage Repair

Repair work to connect the drainage system from the Townhomes to the master drain is tentatively scheduled on Monday, December 12th. The work will be performed on the drainage located on Derby Park Alley and connect it to the main drain on Vermillion Ave. The work will be done in the area between unit 11939

Hurricane Ian/TS Nicole Update

11/22/2022 Update The insurance adjusters were out Friday, November 18th 2022 to inspect the damage. Presently Status Roofing recommends that seven buildings will need new roofs. Presently Coast Green Energy recommends that eight units will need window replacement. Presently Maddie Daddie is custom making replacement shutters for four units.
