Stratus will be on the property soon to start removing the sandbags holding the tarps in place. Stratus will also be nailing the tarps as we are ready to start the total roof replacements.

In a continued effort to improve the drainage system community. James Hall Co, Inc. will be adding drain lines between 11933-11939 Vermillion Ave to connect the water from the courtyards to the storm water drains. Stratus will be on property today, April 12, to replace/adjust tarps. The board is hopeful within the next few weeks we will have received all quotes as well as recommendations from our engineer and lawyers on our best course of action for the hurricane damage as well as the builder defects.
