Tarps
Stratus will be on the property soon to start removing the sandbags holding the tarps in place. Stratus will also be nailing the tarps as we are ready to start the total roof replacements.
Drainage
In a continued effort to improve the drainage system community. James Hall Co, Inc. will be adding drain lines between 11933-11939 Vermillion Ave to connect the water from the courtyards to the storm water drains. Tarps
Stratus will be on property today, April 12, to replace/adjust tarps. The board is hopeful within the next few weeks we will have received all quotes as well as recommendations from our engineer and lawyers on our best course of action for the hurricane damage as well as the builder defects.
Defect/Hurricane Damage
Residents will see Stratus Roofing and I&E on property this week and possibly next week. Each company will be on the roofs, checking windows, stucco and other in order to give the board the best possible quote along with what is priority for the community. Questions, contact any board member
Weed Control
4.4.2024 A Cut Above is out hand pulling all weeds and cleaning up the area. 3.23.2024 A Cut Above this week has sprayed all pavers for weed control. Also, they have fertilized the grass.
Lawsuit update
Residents The board is happy to announce that we have finally won the defect lawsuit case. Funds should be received within 30 to 40 days.
