New Roofs

Tarps
Stratus will be on the property soon to start removing the sandbags holding the tarps in place. Stratus will also be nailing the tarps as we are ready to start the total roof replacements.
Drainage
In a continued effort to improve the drainage system community. James Hall Co, Inc. will be adding drain lines between 11933-11939 Vermillion Ave to connect the water from the courtyards to the storm water drains.
