11/22/2022 Update The insurance adjusters were out Friday, November 18th 2022 to inspect the damage. Presently Status Roofing recommends that seven buildings will need new roofs. Presently Coast Green Energy recommends that eight units will need window replacement. Presently Maddie Daddie is custom making replacement shutters for four units.

Hurricane Damage Report
Ball Janik is handling our insurance claim Stratus Roofing is our contractor for our roofs. At this time, our insurance carrier will not allow us to “nail” in the tarps – we can only use sand bags until the insurance carrier has inspected. The roofer will be coming out periodically to adjust the tarps. Please
